Officers |
The
officers
of this association are the President and
President-Elect. The President serves for a term of
one-year having served as President-Elect the
previous year or until a successor is named. |

Directors |
There are five (5) Directors. The retiring
President automatically becomes a Director for one year.
There are two (2) Directors elected for a two-year term each
year or until a successor is named.
The four (4) elected Directors are appointed
annually by the Executive Committee to serve as Chairperson
for one or more
committees. |

Executive Committee |
The Executive Committee
consists of the President, President-Elect, and the
Past-President/Director.
The committee acts on behalf of the
Board of Directors between meetings; making recommendations
for all appointed Directors and approving the annual report
summary submitted by the President.

Delegates |
The three (3)
elected Delegates represent MoHIMA at the House of Delegates
held each year at the annual AHIMA meeting. |

|
Project Managers |
Appointed by the
appropriate Directors with approval of the Board of
Directors, they are responsible for carrying out the
duties required by their assigned projects. The
Project managers appoint members as necessary to
assist them in the performance of their assignments.
The responsibilities and duties of the Project
Mangers are set forth in the Association’s Policy
and Procedure Manual. |
