Pay by Check

Select "Add to Cart" below and then select "offline/mail" under payment options in the shopping cart. You will later see instructions to print the invoice page and mail your payment to KnowledgeConnex. The mailing address will be on the invoice. Make your check payable to KnowledgeConnex.

Additional Name Badges

There is a $45/person charge for each vendor representative after the minimum of two which covers the price of the badge and Thursday lunch. We will need all exhibitor names submitted to us electronically by April 15th. Any badges needed after that date will be the responsibility of your organization.

The Annual Meeting On-Site Program is distributed to all attendees, speakers, and exhibitors at our Annual Meeting - approximately 300 total. Advertising for this program is on a first come first serve basis and due no later than March 30, 2011.
