The next MHIMA Annual Meeting is scheduled for April 28-30 at the St. Charles Convention Center, in St. Charles, MO. 

MHIMA is also working with Kansas (KHIMA) and will have a combined bi-state meeting in Kansas City on September 16 & 17, 2010. 

Thirdly, MHIMA will host their 2011 Annual Meeting on April 27-29 at the Chateau at the Lake, near Branson, MO on Table Rock Lake.

Exhibitor Package 

Early registration $700 - on or before 3/30/10
Late registration $800 - after 3/30/10

The exhibitor package includes:

  • 8’ x 10’ carpeted exhibit booth including pipe and drape back drops (8' back and 36" sides) one 8' skirted table, 2 chairs, 1 waste basket, and 7"x44" identification sign

  • Exhibitor personnel badges – up to 2 names per booth.  Additional names are $45/name.

  • Speaking opportunities

Advertising and Sponsorship Opportunities 

All vendors are invited to contribute to the scholarship funds, sponsor breaks, or sponsor items that will benefit the MHIMA members.  Vendors are also encouraged to purchase advertising space in the Annual Meeting Member Registration Brochure and the On-Site Program.

Sponsorships/Advertising will be accepted from both exhibiting and non-exhibiting companies.  If you cannot attend, this is a great way to have a presence at the meeting.  Upon request, we will provide a letter specifying the amount of your sponsorship for tax purposes.

Prepayment and space reservation is required for all advertising.   Price is net; we do not pay commission on ads placed.  All advertisements MUST be camera ready or in a jpg, gif, tif or bmp. Do not submit PDF FILES unless we will be using it as a full page. These files cannot be altered or cut and pasted into the publishing software we use. Please email the file to erin_sweeney@ssmhc.com no later than March 29, 2010.

Installation and Removal  

Exhibitor installation is from 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM on Wednesday, April 28th. During the show, all booths must remain fully intact and manned, and all exhibit materials and equipment must be contained within your booth space. Dismantling and removal must be completed by 5:30 PM on Thursday, April 30th.
