The Program…

MoHIMA’s ICD-10 Showcase program was developed with the intent to address our members’ needs for education, training and awareness related to the ICD-10 transition. In an effort to provide this information, MoHIMA is reaching out to our supporting vendors and educational programs to offer an advertising opportunity for introducing your ICD-10 products, tools and services to our 1000+ MoHIMA members!

• Listing on MoHIMA’s online ICD-10 Showcase webpage, with a link to your website and a listing of who our members can contact for more information

Annual Meeting Sponsorship Opportunities 

Purchasing of Annual Meeting sponsorship can be found on the Exhibitor registration form for the Annual Meeting when registration is open.

Newsletter Sponsorship

The MHIMA e-Alert Newsletter is distributed monthly to the inboxes of over 2,100 members and subscribers.  A tagline saying “This edition of MHIMA e-Alert is sponsored by” with a half-page advertisement will be added to the newsletter.  Sponsorships are not guaranteed to be exclusive.

Single Newsletter Sponsorship = $200

Membership e-Blast Sponsorship

MHIMA communicates with its members via email, so sponsoring an e-Blast is a great way to show your support of MHIMA.  A tagline saying “This e-blast is sponsored by” with your name and logo will be added to the e-blast.  Sponsorships are not guaranteed to be exclusive.

Single e-Blast Sponsorship = $100

Website Banner - Vendor

In addition to being placed on a rotating banner ad on high traffic pages, vendor ads will also be displayed in static form on the Vendors Directory.  The advertisement will remain on the website until the applicable timeframe has expired. 

Banner ad = $120 per month

Website Banner - Educational Programs

Missouri Educational Programs (AHIMA accredited) are eligible for a FREE website banner ad!  Programs may subscribe annually at the beginning of each calendar year.  If the program does not re-subscribe at the beginning of the calendar year, the advertisement will be removed from the website by January 31.

Submission Process

Newsletter and Membership e-Blast Sponsorship: Prepayment is required, and the ad should not be more than half a page.  Electronic artwork (ad/logo) should be submitted to communications@mohima.org in the following formats: GIF or JPEG.

Website Banner: Prepayment is required, and the banner ad will be uploaded within 3 business days of receipt of payment. In addition to being placed on a rotating banner ad, vendor ads will also be displayed in static form on the Vendors Directory.  The advertisement will remain on the website until the applicable timeframe has expired.

Pixel sizes: Must be 468 x 57. Electronic artwork should be submitted in the following formats: GIF, JPEG, or PNG. For all options, storage should be at 72 dpi with indexed color. Adjust for sharpness, color balance, and contrasts if necessary. GIFs should not be transparent. Animated GIFs should be web-ready and have a time sequence of 10 seconds or less.

Artwork must be submitted via email to webmaster@mohima.org at the time of submission.

Note: All artwork must be web-ready at the time of submission.  (Submitting non web-ready artwork will result in an additional $50/hr fee from our webmaster.)
