The next MoHIMA
Annual Meeting is scheduled for April 27-29, 2011 at the Chateau at the Lake, near Branson, MO on Table Rock Lake.

Annual Meeting in BRANSON, MO
(April 27-29, 2011)! Book now, in conjunction with your Kansas City booth and reserve your Branson booth for only $600. Requires $200 non-refundable deposit by September 17, 2010 with full payment by December 31, 2010.

The exhibitor package includes:

  • 8’ x 8’ exhibit booth including pipe and drape back/side drops, one 8' skirted table, 2 chairs, 1 waste basket, and identification sign.
     

  • Exhibitor personnel badges – up to 2 names per booth. Additional names are $45/name (to cover badge & Thursday lunch)
     

  • Lunch on Thursday, Sept. 16th  
     

  • Speaking opportunities

Advertising and Sponsorship Opportunities 

All vendors are invited to contribute to the scholarship funds, sponsor breaks, or sponsor items that will benefit either the KHIMA or MoHIMA
members. Vendors are also encouraged to purchase advertising space in the On-Site Program.

Sponsorships/Advertising will be accepted from both exhibiting and non-exhibiting companies.  If you cannot attend, this is a great way to have a presence at the meeting.  Upon request, we will provide a letter specifying the amount of your sponsorship for tax purposes.

Prepayment and space reservation is required for all advertising.   Price is net; we do not pay commission on ads placed.  All advertisements MUST be camera ready or in a jpg, gif, tif or bmp. Do not submit PDF FILES unless we will be using it as a full page. These files cannot be altered or cut and pasted into the publishing software we use. Please email the file to erin_sweeney@ssmhc.com no later than August 26, 2010.

Silent Auction/Raffle

All prizes will be auctioned in the registration area. Items can range in price from $75-$500 and may be delivered by the vendor on Sept. 16, 2010, 7-8 a.m.

Booth Information

Booths will be 8’ x 8’ and include back and side pipe & drape, one 8’ skirted table, 2 chairs, 1 waste basket and your company’s identification sign.  If you would like an extra table or chairs, please contact contact Erin Sweeney at (314) 951-5558 or Erin_Sweeney@ssmhc.com.

Installation and Removal  

Exhibitor installation is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, September 15th. During the show, all booths must remain fully intact and manned, and all exhibit materials and equipment must be contained within your booth space.  Thursday evening, all equipment and company items will be secured in the main Exhibit Hall.  Dismantling and removal must be completed by 1:30 PM on Friday, September 17th.

Liability of Exhibits

Please take caution with your equipment.  MoHIMA
, KHIMA, the Holiday Inn, or any officer, agent, or employee thereof, shall not be liable for the safety of the exhibitors’ property, its agents, or employees from damage by fire, accident or any other causes, and the exhibitor does hereby release and indemnify MoHIMA
, KHIMA, and Holiday Inn from any such claim of any kind or nature.  Every exhibitor is required to and guarantees to have in force, at their own expense, their own insurance covering their employees not only on workers compensation and the employer’s liability, but also on general public liability, and injury, and accident, and any damage to the exhibitors property.  MoHIMA
, KHIMA and the Holiday Inn shall in no way be held responsible.

Proof of insurance must be provided to MoHIMA
