The Legal Manual for Management of Health Information in Missouri was designed as a reference manual for those individuals involved with managing health information. It primarily focuses on Missouri laws that affect health information, with some references to the Federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

This manual was prepared in conjunction with the firm of Forbes Law Group, Inc. and MoHIMA to enhance practice of health information management in Missouri. The manual is available for download only.
