The MoHIMA Board has developed this scholarship to aid HIM students in AHIMA accredited programs in the state of Missouri. Scholarship Application Department Chair Form

 Eligibility

1. Students enrolled in AHIMA accredited HIM programs in the state of Missouri.
   

2. A student with a GPA of 3.0 or above. (Note: students with a GPA below a 3.0 will be considered if he/she is exceptionally outstanding in other categories)

 Application Process

1. Student will complete the online scholarship application.
   

2. Student will attain their program Chair’s completion of the department chair form.

Deadline for submission is March 15th.
