Our members work in a myriad
of settings. The most common work setting is an acute care
hospital, but our members also function in long term care,
mental health, insurance companies, physician office
practices, veterinary clinics, prison systems, ambulatory
clinics, consulting practices, legal practices, accounting
firms, etc.
Our skill sets include
managerial and technical skill. We are trained to retrieve,
retain and analyze data. Confidentiality, integrity and
security of the data we create and maintain is of prime
concern to us. Our members are considered the authority in
coded disease and procedure data throughout the nation. |
