Registrants that find they are unable to attend after submitting their registration form may provide a substitute or cancel their registration. All cancellations must be in writing. Click here if you need to cancel your registration.
Registrants that cancel before March 20, 2019 will receive a full refund minus $20.00 per registrant for a processing fee. In the case of an emergency preventing attendance, please notify MoHIMA via email as soon as possible and include a written explanation of the circumstances. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt. In lieu of a cancellation, substitutions are allowed at any time.
MoHIMA cannot be held responsible for the non-appearance of scheduled speakers due to circumstances beyond their control.

When you register online, you will have the option to pay by mail with a check or pay online with a credit card (AMEX, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover).
If you are paying by check, select “mail a check” under payment options. You will later see instructions to print the confirmation page and mail your payment to KnowledgeConnex. The mailing address will be on the invoice. Make your check payable to KnowledgeConnex and include the confirmation/order number with the check. Checks that do not reference the confirmation number will be returned to you and will not be applied to the registration.
