Dear MoHIMA Exhibitor Colleagues,

The Missouri Health Information Management Associations will hold their Annual Meeting on April 3-5, 2019 at the Branson Convention Center in Branson, Missouri.  We would like to extend an invitation to you to join us for our Annual Meeting!


WHY EXHIBIT?


Exhibitor Package

Early registration $750 – on or before 3/8/2019
Late registration $850 – after 3/8/2019

8 x 10 booth Includes:

  • 8’ back drape
  • 3’ side drapes
  • (1) ID sign (7” x 44”) – single line
  • 6’ Draped Table
  • (2) Chairs
  • (1) Wastebasket

Details regarding electricity, shipping of your booth and additional items for your booth will be available closer to the meeting.

Advanced Vendor Registration Due:   March 8, 2019

The Annual Meeting On-Site Program is distributed to all attendees, speakers, and exhibitors at our Annual Meeting. Advertising for this booklet is on a first come first serve basis and due no later than March 8, 2019.

Vendors may tear down their booth after 4:00 p.m.


Shipping and Electrical Needs

Booth material may be shipped to the hotel at the following address.  Shipments should not arrive at the hotel more than 48 hours prior to the event.

Advertising and Sponsorship Opportunities

Let the attendees know what booth you are in!  Highlight what you have to offer them for HIM products and solutions!  If you are unable to attend the Annual Meeting, let our members know you’re still able to meet their needs. Prepayment is required for all advertising.  Price is net; we do not pay commission on ads placed.  All advertisements MUST be in a jpg format.  Do not submit PDF FILES unless we will be using it as a full page. These files cannot be altered or cut and pasted into the publishing software we use.
