OAHIMA Bylaw Annual Update

The OAHIMA Board of Directors have completed the annual review of the Bylaws. The Bylaws have been updated and the proposed changes must be made available to the membership for 30 days prior to a vote by the membership to accept the changes.

The OAHIMA Board of Directors have proposed the attached Bylaws for review.

The election will be open September 13 – 17.
