This session will be presented by Karen Reynolds RHIA, Operations Manager Health Information Management, Truman Medical Centers.

Karen earned her bachelors in HIM from the University of Kansas and is the Operations Manager in HIM at Truman Medical Centers. She is responsible for Release of Information and Chart completion areas and helps manage the patient portal and HIM EHR applications.
