Important information from Kelly Fast, Education Director:

If our presenters agree to be recorded, we will do our best to make the presentation available to our membership on demand. Please send me an e-mail at kfast1@missouriwestern.edu if you want to view a presentation after the meeting date has passed. Make the request from the e-mail which you will be using to view the presentation, as the presentations will be stored in Google Drive and the e-mail associated with your access will be necessary for sharing permission purposes. Your request for an on-demand presentation will be recorded on our attendee lists (sign-in sheet) for our education meetings in a separate section of the attendee list to note that it was an on-demand request. This is important should someone get audited for your CEs. So be sure to send in your e-mail request to me. Please do not make the request verbally, as this can’t be tracked in the same way. Thank you.

Understanding some members have a work e-mail and a home e-mail, when you register for a Zoom meeting, please use the e-mail you will be using at the time of the meeting for your registration. This will cause the meeting link to be sent to the correct email and will help your identification when joining the meeting online. For example, if your meeting eBlast notice containing the Zoom meeting link comes from PEHIMA to your work e-mail, but you won’t be connecting with the meeting from work, copy and paste the information into an e-mail to yourself at your other e-mail. Then log into the other e-mail and you can click on the link to register from the correct e-mail. Then you will be registered at the correct e-mail to be able to access the meeting. If you are not sure where you want to access the meeting, you should be able to make a dual registration using each e-mail.

Best regards,

Kelly
