“Unifying ROI Across the Enterprise: Large Health Systems Leading the Way.” Lisa Perez (Assistant VP HIM at NYC Health + Hospitals) and Lloyd Torres (Senior Director, Health Systems Projects at ColumbiaDoctors) will discuss their vision for unifying ROI across their health systems and the path they are taking to achieve that vision. The panelists will describe the steps they have taken including building the business case, project planning, pitfalls and lessons learned and the benefits to their entire health system.
