Proposed Changes to AHIMA Bylaws — Member Feedback Needed

As your delegates to the House of Delegates, we are sharing a summary of the proposed changes to the AHIMA bylaws that we have submitted on behalf of the MO component association. Click here to review the details.

Prior to the proposed bylaw changes being permitted to be presented and voted on at the October 12th AHIMA House of Delegates meeting, AHIMA’s legal counsel reviews them for any issues that might interfere with AHIMA’s not-for-profit status. Additionally, we anticipate that the Parliamentarian will review them.

We welcome any comments, support/non-support, or advice you wish to offer to your delegates, so that we keep those items in mind.  We represent you, and our role is to advocate for our membership. Share your feedback by 10/8/25.
