MoHIMA 2025 Annual Meeting — Exhibitor Registration Is Open!

MoHIMA will hold its 2025 Annual Meeting at Stephens College on May 5-7, 2025. This year’s exhibit experience will feel and look different than previous years. There will not be a separate room for the exhibits. The exhibit tables will be around the perimeter of the general session meeting room. This will allow the exhibitors to listen to the educational sessions with meeting attendees. We will also be capping the number of vendors at 15.

Our exhibitors continue to play a crucial role in the success of our meetings, and our members appreciate your contributions and interaction with them. Your company has provided considerable support throughout the years, and we would like to continue to build on that relationship in various ways.

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

  • 6’ Table
  • 2 Chairs
  • Meeting registration fee (CE hours included) waived for 2 company representatives (separate attendee registration required – contact Ann Nowlin at annnowlin3@gmail.com)
  • Recognition in welcoming PPT
  • Recognition in electronic on-site program
  • List of meeting attendees (opt-in attendees)
  • Enjoy breaks, lunch, and reception with the meeting attendees

  • Exhibit Table Setup – May 5, 2025, from 7:00 a.m. –12:00 p.m.
  • Dedicated Exhibit Time – May 5, 2025 – 12:00 – 1:00p.m.
  • Dedicated Exhibit Time – May 5, 2025 – 3:00 – 3:30p.m.
  • Dedicated Exhibit Time – May 5, 2025 – 5:30 – 6:30p.m.
  • Dedicated Exhibit Time – May 6, 2025 – 8:00 – 8:50a.m.
  • Dedicated Exhibit Time – May 6, 2025 – 9:50 – 10:30a.m.
  • Dedicated Exhibit Time – May 6, 2025 – 1:30 – 2:00p.m.
  • Dedicated Exhibit Time – May 6, 2025 – 3:00 – 3:50p.m. (drawings for exhibitor giveaways will be held during this break)
  • Exhibit Table Tear Down – May 6, 2025, from 3:50 –5:00 p.m. Must exit the exhibit hall and remove all items by 5:00 p.m.

Can’t make it to the meeting? No problem! There are sponsorship opportunities available for you to get your company in front of our meeting attendees.

Sponsorship Opportunities

  • Breakfast Sponsorship – $500 (not guaranteed to be a solo sponsor)
  • Break Sponsorship – $500 (not guaranteed to be a solo sponsor)
  • Lunch Sponsorship – $1,500 (not guaranteed to be a solo sponsor)
  • Monday Reception – $1,000 (limit of one company for this sponsorship)
  • Other Sponsorship Amount – $___

Sponsors will be recognized throughout the meeting and in the welcome PPT and meeting signage. Lunch and reception sponsors will be given the opportunity to address the attendees at the beginning of lunch and the reception (2-3 minutes), sharing information about their company.
